Almond Coconut Granola

Gather It

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 cups oats
  • 3/4 cups sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Make It

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  • Combine butter, brown sugar and vanilla in sauce pot until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved
  • Combined oats, almonds, coconut and salt in large bowl
  • Combine melted butter with oats mixture until well combined
  • Spread on cookie sheet or jelly roll pan
  • Bake for 17 minutes, mixing/turning half way through

Gobble It

  • Enjoy with Vanilla Greek yogurt or Vanilla regular yogurt with Cherry Pie Plum Jam
  • Store in air tight container for up to a week, if it lasts that long
